Claymon Biomnis Laboratories is Ireland's leading accredited provider of clinical laboratory services. Our group performs more than 250,000 tests per week. We have in excess of 1400 clients nationwide and are a part of the Biomnis Group.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

 

Medical Scientist Specialising in Gynaecological Cytology

Reporting to the Head of Laboratory & QA, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for carrying out the relevant duties involved with primary and secondary screening of Liquid Based Cytology (LBC) smears.

  • Applicants must be eligible for registration with AMLS Ireland, and hold a Certificate of Competence in Cervical Cytology or equivalent.
  • Ideally, a minimum of 3 years post registration experience in gynaecological cytology.
  • These are full time, permanent positions and we are willing to consider applications for part-time and job sharing for these vacancies. We are also interested in hearing from Scientists interested in returning to cervical screening.

Client Services Representative

Reporting to the Client Services Manager and an integral part of this team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to all clients accessing our services:

Minimum Qualifications required:

  • Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)

Professional Experience required

  • Ideally, 1 years experience in a service role within another organisation.  This is not a pre-requisite however as full training will be provided to applicants considered a good fit.

Skills & Abilities required:

  • A real desire to always provide outstanding service and forge valuable relationships with clients.
  • Strong capacity for responsibility and individual initiative
  • Excellent English, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience of Customer Service Software tools would be a distinct advantage

Specific Tasks:

  • Provide phone support to clients
  • Log client service requests on our CRM system and ensure that the required action is taken to fully resolve an enquiry and close it on CRM.  This will include:
    • Providing clients with the support and information they need from us to manage their patient's health;
    • Liaising with personnel in other departments in Claymon Biomnis and Biomnis, France
  • Recognise and alert Client Services Manager of any unusual trends in client calls
  • Recommend and implement process/service improvements. Never accept that where we are and what we are doing today is the best we can be.
  • Complete proficiency in all Reporting Department procedures to ensure full coverage in this area during annual leave
  • Other duties as may reasonably be assigned
