Claymon Biomnis Laboratories commitment to quality in all our laboratory practices is reflected on the continued accreditation by the Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB). Claymon Biomnis is accredited to ISO 15189 under registration number 159MT (Medical Laboratories - Particular requirements for quality and competence) for a broad range of tests in Clinical Biochemistry, Endocrinology, Haematology, Medical Microbiology and Drugs of Abuse and Cytopathology (Liquid Based Cervical Cytology). From a “Total Quality Management” perspective, Claymon Biomnis has also embarked on the quality certification process for its dedicated pathology sample transport system (ISO 9001:2008.
It is company policy to continually monitor and improve the level of service afforded to our clients. We participate in National and International proficiency testing schemes e.g. UKNEQAS and RIQAS and CAP for each assay carried out in our laboratory. We also incorporate internal quality procedures and endeavour to use products and services from suppliers and external laboratories with an equally strong commitment to quality.
